The Journal of Criminal Justice and Legal Issues (JCJLI) publishes original, unpublished manuscripts relating legal issues, legislation and regulations as they relate to criminal justice. It is designed to provide researchers an outlet to present legal issues in case format, analytical format and empirical-research format. Cases and topics from a broad range of topics are appropriate for consideration in JCJLI providing the focus of the work is criminal justice, the law, or legal issues.
